Take your 23-24 Ford Super Duty truck to the next level with this 3-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension. Elevate your truck's stance, performance, and capabilities with ease. This all-inclusive kit allows you to clear up to 35" tyres, providing enhanced functionality and a sleek finish.

Up front the lift kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy duty replacement radius arms, high strength 1-3/8 inch solid steel track bar for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets Fox Performance elite 2.5 Suspension.

In the rear this kit utilises a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts and a matching set

HD Radius Arms

In place of the factory stamped steel radius arms BDS supplies a pair of high-strength tubular radius arms. These arms mount into the factory location and offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights along with an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied to provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

HD Adjustable Track Bar

Maintain proper handling and steering geometry with the BDS high strength adjustable track bar that allows you to recenter the front axle at a variety of lift heights. Built from 1-3/8" solid steel stock, the track bar comes pre-assembled with bushings and is ready to bolt into the factory mounting points.

Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.

Designed for use on diesel models, but can be installed on gas trucks, will achieve additional 1/2 inch front ride height.

Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs.

Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.

Larger tires on stock wheel are not recommended due to interference with brake line, radius arm and sway bar. Use recommended specs listed in wheel and tire fitment section.

Trucks without top mounted overload spring will require (x4) UBT4031 available to purchase separately.

Recalibration of your vehicles Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of the vehicle features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation.
