Paired with premium FOX Performance Elite 2.5 shocks, this suspension system delivers exceptional handling and comfort across rough outback tracks and everyday roads alike. Up front the lift kit includes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite reservoir shocks and heavy duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength. Along with the control arms, a pair of indexed cast steel torsion bar keys are supplied upfront to lift the vehicle and a small differential relocation kit is supplied to correct CV axle operating angles without affecting ground clearance. To eliminate sway bar interference, a pair of sway bar relocation brackets is used which maintains proper operating angle.

In the rear, a 2" block and u-bolt kit is used to create a level to slightly tail high stance when unloaded. Rounding out these kits are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.5 Performance Elite reservoir shocks ready to soak up the terrain.

The remote reservoir design maximises fluid capacity, keeping your suspension cool during aggressive driving and extended adventures. Fine-tune your ride with the innovative DSC adjuster—simply twist the knobs to access 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression settings, giving you precise control tailored to any condition. Black anodised aluminium construction enhances cooling efficiency while adding durability that withstands the harshest outback demands.

HD Upper Control Arms

Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most levelled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.

Recommended Tyres & Wheels

We do not recommend the factory wheels, as they hit the control arms. (Minimum offset we recommend is +18)

37" Tyres can be fitted with some trimming we recommend offsets between +18 +12 and zero, once you go negative more trimming is required.

35 x 12.5 with 20 x 9 and 5.75 in. Backspace.

Disassembly/assembly of the factory torsion bar system requires the use of a special unloading tool. The GM specified tool #CH48809

Some minor trimming may be necessary to fit certain wheel/tire combination. This is normal with most aftermarket tire/wheel fitment on Chevy/GM trucks and typically consists of trimming the bottom edge of the inner fender shrouds and/or lower corner of front bumper valance. As a rule of thumb, deeper backspacing and shorter/ narrower tires will reduce/eliminate trimming required. Further trimming tips are included at the end of this instruction sheet.

Stock wheels and stock tires can be installed, but depending upon alignment and tire profile will be tight to the ball joint cup. Wheel spacers may be required to use stock wheels and stock tires.

Will NOT work with AT4X or ZR2 models, lower control arm profile is different
